A God who Cares // Josh Gamble
God’s heart is to care for those in need. As we receive from Him, we are then given the joy of sharing that with others. Missionaries and their Kids (MKs) have diverse experiences on the field – some of them incredibly positive and some are incredibly challenging. Often missionaries & MKs aren’t seen as people in need (they are the ones who go, who care, who serve, who share the gospel). The missionary experience is a gift but transitioning to or from the field can be an immense challenge. Sometimes missionaries lack the tools and resources necessary to navigate this transition well. The Church across Canada has an opportunity to work together to care for missionary units in need.

God cares for the needy (us) and invites us to care for one another
Following God's path may mean finding yourself in places of pain
We all need care to move from here to there
1 Kings 19:7 - The angel of the Lord came back a second time and touched him and said, “Get up and eat, for the journey is too much for you.”
God's care leads to God's calling
Galatians 6:2 - Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ.
